Yeah, it sure was. The thing about cooking children in the oven was just too much like the Holocaust for me. Too much similarities.

I grew up in San Francisco where they taught us Hansel, Gretel and Little Boy Blue. That was really messed up.

Well didn't Snow White live with 7 dwarfs? How kinky was that???? And then the Prince kisses her while she's passed out? I would go to jail for doing something like that.

Goldilocks was pretty messed up too. She's guilty of breaking and entering....then busts the furniture, eats their food and then hops in the bed of the young son. What was she hoping would happen when he found her? And I never understood why Papa's porridge was too hot, Mama's was too cold and baby bear's was just right. By the laws of physics - the smaller bowl of porridge would cool off faster than the medium sized bowl.

It was pretty violent....that old woman trying to put Hansel in the oven and wanting to eat him.

How about Cinderella? Those stepsisters cutting off part of their foot to make the glass slipper fit....yuk

No, I think Goldilocks and the Three bears was the most messed up story, I mean to have those poor bears personal space and safety violated is just sick.
