Model Magic is just one type of "air-dry" clay, which is water soluble and porous.
If you want to attach the MM after it's dried, then you can use any type of glue you'd normally use for paper... a white glue like Elmers' GlueAll or a "tacky" white glue, or hot glue, or E-6000, etc.... all of those will dry clear, and all will be slightly flexible except the hot glue.
Btw, if the "poster paper" has a slick surface, you may want to roughen it a bit first.
(It might not be a good idea to glue the raw MM to another surface before it dries, if you were thinking of that, because MM shrinks while drying.)

Since Crayola Model Magic was designed originally for children it really doesn't stick to anything making Moms and Dads very happy. With a little glue though you can stick it to anything you want.

you could just let it dry and then glue it?
Meg
Ps if its too heavy and thick clay won't stick, but if its thin layer then it could stick.
