I was actually just checking this site to see how accurate it is... the winningest team in professional sports is, by far, Rangers F.C. in the Scottish Premier League - with a total of 51 championships:

Probably the Yankees, I think that they have 21 world series championships. I can't think of anyone else in the major professional team sports that comes close. 5 super bowls are the most Pittsburgh, Dallas and San Fran. I think that the Celtics won 9 NBA Championships. I'm not sure about hockey but I don't think it is more than 8.
