I had something like that happen. One of my friends just died the day before.I was lying in my bed and I had my friends favorite song stuck in my head.As the song finished in my head I looked towards my door and saw an image of my friend walking by in the dress she was buried in. I think it was her way of saying goodbye.I'm sorry for your loss and good luck!

I had the opposite happen. I had a dream that my soulmate was lying on the ground, dying. (A little background: We both believe in reincarnation, and that the two of us are meant to be together, in one form or another, for ever and ever). At first, I was crying and begging him not to leave me. I was yelling at him 'Don't leave me, Don't you go away!!". But then I realized that he wasn't going to make it, and that I needed to tell him it was OK to go. In my dream, I then began yelling "Don't you forget about me! Whatever you do, wherever you go, don't forget about me. wait for me".
Months before, I had ordered a CD for his birthday. "The Mass", by ERA. We're both fans, but the music can be difficult to get in the US. I'd never heard the CD, though I had heard the first and last songs on it. I'd never seen the cover, nor did I have any idea what was on the CD. When I went to pick it up, I popped it in my CD player in the car (he's the kind of guy that wouldn't care, and would expect me to enjoy it while I have it). Two of the songs, in a row, are called "Don't Go Away", and "Don't You Forget". The songs are heartwrenching anyway, but I can tell you that I pulled over and sobbed.
Good news is, he's alive and well. But I haven't told him that story yet...

It makes sense to me but it won't to most. It's your subconscious doing it all.

You'll probably realize you have a lot more "coIncidents" if you start pondering on the why things are happening around you like they are. Our subconsciouses are always trying to get our attention to guide us. Few catch on to the clues.
