There is such a mass-hysteria among the far-left concerning Bush that they aren't even capable of rational thought.
I'm a Republican and I've been pretty ticked off at Bush regarding certain things, but come on! These people are out of control!

Anybody with an IQ of 0.895 or higher can see through arguments that say 9-11 was an inside job by the Bush folks.

I'm a liberal Democrat, and though I'm definitely not a Bush fan, I still don't think he was behind the attacks. It just sounds like a conspiracy theory and nothing more.

Not in a thousand years will see a country, any country, attack itself in a 9/11 style. The idea is beyond absurd. Don't listen to them.
Note: The Reichstag fire is not like 9/11 because:
--We don't know who did it
--It didn't hurt anyone & it involved just one building.

I can guarantee you that if someone had told the citizens of Germany that Hitler had the Reichstag building burned down to blame Poland so the Germans could invade Poland 90% of the German citizens would have said all of the things most of your answerers listed here!!!
Let me ask you a question.
Do you believe that there is a movement within our government that is working towards a U.S. led New World Order?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_CWBTL33MpA&mode=related&search=
The link above is GHW Bush giving a speech to the citizens of the United States on Sept. 11, 1990 ushering the New World Order!!
Watch it!! I heard this speech when he gave it!!
It takes 33 seconds to listen to HIS OWN WORDS New World Order!!!
Are you going to listen to a sitting President of the United States calling for a one world government????
This movement has been going on since the early 1900's!!
People really need to read accurate American history!!
Our country's leaders will do everything and anything they have to do to accomplish these goals!!

No, I don't think he committed the acts. We know he didn't, he was in Florida, looking like a deer caught in the headlights, while America was attacked in NYC and Washington.
However, if you can answer these questions truthfully, I will never again suspect George W. Bush's involvement in the events of Sept 11, 2001.
1. Why did George W. Bush initially resist forming an independent 9/11 Commission? Why did he only agree to it after overwhelming US condemnation of his refusal?
2. Why did Bush have to be sued to force him to turn over pertinent and important files regarding the breakdown in security at many, many levels, from the airport screeners at Logan in Boston, to why FBI reports about Muslims with ties to al Qaida were learnign to fly jetliners were ignored by this Administration?
3. Why did Bush refuse to testify to that same committee under Oath, speaking to them OFF the record for an hour, with no notes or recordings ever made. We, the US public, will NEVER know why we were attacked so effectively and without a glimmer of knowledge of it from the White House?
4. If Homeland Security is so important to this Administration, why, SIX YEARS after the attacks on 9/11, have our US borders had not ONE FOOT of fence installed? I live in Arizona, do not try to tell me our borders are secure.
5. Why did Bush direct the US Justice Dept. to enjoin relatives of the victims of Sept 11, from suing relatives of the Arabic hijackers for unlawful death? Why have Saudi banking establishments consistently refused to confiscate and turn over bank accounts with obvious ties to terrorism? Why was Saddam Hussein the first Middle East leader to offer sympathy for the victims after the attacks, an offering we have YET to see from the Sauds?
6. Why were relatives and the entourages of bin Laden allowed to fly out of the US, when all civillian air traffic was halted, not even George HW Bush could fly, but the bin Ladens could? Why were agents from the FBI prevented from getting statements regarding bin Laden's whereabouts from those relatives, before they were allowed to leave the county forever? If only to eliminate them as potential suspects or accessories?
7. If terrorism was so important to this President (after all, he was aware the US had been attacked repeatedly under Clinton's Presidency, having mentioned it several times in his campaign speeches) why did he have not ONE meeting about counter terrorism after assuming the Presidency, why did he spend more than HALF that first nine months in Texas on vacation, instead of in Washington, taking care of the American People? Why did he de-fund the FBI's counter-terrorism department $150 million for third and fourth quarter fiscal budget 2001? To pay for his tax cuts? Why did he ignore NIEs with titles such a , "Al Qaida Determined to Attack Within the US"?
8. And the big one, the one I ask all the time and which NO one has been able to answer:
Where Is Osama bin Laden and why is he not in US custody for the pre-meditated murder of almost 3,000 US citizens? How did Bush go from "I want Osama bin Laden, dead or alive" to "I really don't think about him much anymore."
