Simple one word answer-no.
Don't get me wrong I think the Jewish race are entitled to their own country. However they should be forced to go back to the original 1948 boundaries of Israel and all the other land they now occupy should become Palestine and be fully independent.

Did you agree with the Roman, and other occupations of Irael from 70 A.D. till 1948. Do you realize that Palestine is a name that a Roman emperor gave to Israel in an attempt to wipe Israel from memory? Do you realize that Jordan killed more Palestinians that Israel has? Do you realize that the Palestinians have been force to leave all the Arab countries they've lived in? Do you realize that Israel wanted to give Palestinians (Arafat) 90% of what they demanded but they refused? Which group of people, the Israelis of Palestinians, vowed to drive the others into the sea?
EDIT:
At the time of Christ the Jewish state was ruled by puppet kings of the Romans, the Herods. When the Jews revolted in 66 AD, the Romans destroyed the Temple in Jerusalem (70 AD). The Bar Kokba revolt between 132 and 135 AD was also suppressed, Jericho and Bethlehem were destroyed, and the Jews were barred from Jerusalem. The Roman Emperor Hadrian determined to wipe out the identity of Israel-Judah-Judea. Therefore, he took the name Palastina and imposed it on all the Land of Israel. At the same time, he changed the name of Jerusalem to Aelia Capitolina. The Romans killed many Jews and sold many more in slavery. Some of those who survived left the devastated country (and established Jewish communities throughout the Middle East) but there was never a complete abandonment of the Land of Israel. That is, there were always Jews and Jewish communities in Palestine, though the size and conditions of those communities fluctuated greatly.

- just to set previous answerer straight, Israel Arabs are citizens, they sit in the Israeli parliament. Name one Arab state where a Jew could achieve that. You can't because all Jews were expelled from all Arab states except Iran.
To your question. You might like to note that the Arab town Umm El-Fahm has voted to remain part of Israel rather than be delineated as part of a Palestinian state under Palestinian rule.
And let's just look at what happened the very minute Israel withdrew from Gaza.
CHAOS.
Within days, Hamas, the terrorist group elected into power by the Palestinians, were on the rampage, beheading and shooting any Palestinians who opposed them, and also murdering any members of rival political group Fatah.
Things got so bad that at one point, the Palestinians were pleading with the Israelis to 'reoccopy' Gaza and protect them!
How's that for irony.
Israel simply can't win. All she wants is secure borders. Until the Palestinians say no to terrorism, and stop the constant rocket attacks on Israeli towns like Sderot, what are the Israelis meant to do? Oh, silly me! Of course, you'd like them to just roll over and let the Palestinians destroy them.

There is no occupation. And Palestinians had a chance at Statehood, but they instead wanted to continue to murder Jewish people.

Israel not only has the divine right from God to live there but the United Nations declared it a state in 1948. President Harry S. Truman was our president. It is legally theirs.
Not only that, if you are a believer in the Holy Bible it also predicts that is where Jesus will rule from.
