i have a desire to just escape!!everything!go!leave!and not be bothered by anybody!!

its called meditation since the beginning of recorded history enlightened men and women have been practicing and teaching this to silence the mind is to to hear your soul sing there are many types of meditation if you have not tried it before i recommend a nice hot bubble bath with candles take in deep refreshing breaths breathing in the candles lite exhale slowly into the air when you exhale allow all negative feelings etc to be re leashed i would try a guided meditation tape and maybe a small book on the subject however that's up to you
let your mind go ex cape the prison get out of your mind

Technically, it's impossible. But I desire a second of silence. No thoughts or noises. Just me. Paradise itself.

...this brings to mind the song by Simon & Garfunkel ,
"Sound of Silence" in which people hear silence amongst chaos (as in the hustle of a city).."my" silence is a desired retreat and is calming when I "hear" it

I always appreciate the times when I'm able to sit in silence!! It doesn't happen very often, definitely not often enough!!
