I love animals, and since I don't have a job now, I want to help others who needs to pick up and drop off their pet for any resons, such as grooming, check up, walk them...

That's a hard one, you're asking complete strangers to trust you with their animals.
You'll gain legitimacy by picking a groomer and arranging with them to do the pickup for their customers. That way the groomer is the grounding force and you're working for them (but as an independant contractor--you get paid separately). As for dog walker, that should be with an established pet day care facility, or such.
Though if you want to do it for free, the Humane Society always needs dog walkers and dog socializers.

I am an independent contractor for a franchise called Fetch! Check to see if there is a Fetch! near you. If not, you can actually start your own franchise. The person I work for started her franchise a year ago and she said it was pretty easy. I love working for Fetch because I make my own schedule and get to interact with animals all the time.

You will need money, a location, business plan. And whether the area you intend the open your pet shop will make money eg customers galore.
