You imply the two are mutually exclusive.

Yet Israel is the only true secular democracy in the Middle East; the only other democracy is Turkey and these two are and have long been great friends and allies.

In Israel, everyone has equal rights whether they be man, woman, Muslim, Jew, Christian, Arab. They all vote. They all have the same chances for advancement. They all have the freedom to follow their own religion or to follow no religion.

The 20 per cent of citizens that are not Jewish have exactly the same rights as their Jewish friends and peers. Arab Israelis have more freedom in Israel than they would in any Islamic country, and they openly admit this.

So there is total freedom in Israel. And your question makes no sense on this basis.

Both and the same.
Israel is the only democracy in the Middle East. They are a bit of modern Europe surrounded by 7th century fanatics that want to destry them because they are free.

I think many in the UK have taken an Anti-Israel stance if that's what you're asking. Embarrassing really. But what can you do, the face of the UK is changing into a very angry one.

Those are not mutually exclusive, you know. Israel is one of the few democracies in the middle east.

Both. There is no contradiction here if you know the real history of the Israel "Palestinian" conflict.
