I told my boss I would have proof for hirm one way or the other by Monday. Personally, I think you should vote for the raise. But that's just me. Thanks

Make a list of projects you have completed beyond expectation, goals you have exceeded and education completed
Show him exactly what you have done to improve your value then add 2% or so for inflation if it has been a year since your pay was set. Also point out how much over time you have worked if on salary and how reliable your attendance has been.
If you have improved your value you can easily land another job making more money somewhere else so don't worry if he doesn't agree with your value but start to look for the replacement job. Or ask him what you can do to improve your value.

What a stupid question. You don't tell us where you work - there's no indication of your job and you don't describe how you've been performing and why you deserve a raise. To be honest with you, this sort of attitude annoys bosses and you could end up losing your job if not careful, unless you really do deserve that raise.
