I have this friend for a couple of years now. everytime i am thinking of him or around him, I feel nauseous and sometimes gag. i don't know the reason. It's not nerves, he doesn't smell... i just can't figure out why, and I don't want to be not friends with him. Do you know why I do this? or have yu heard anything like this before?

He must remind you of someone or some experience that your mind is trying to subdue. Search your mind and see if you can find something. Very interesting, tho.

As far a thinking of him and you get nauseous, that is a sign to stay away, as that is a warning. Or like someone else said a heightened attraction for whatever reason. If it happens when you are near him then there could be something he washes his clothes in or showers in or cologne he is wearing. He could have a pet you may be developing an allergy to. Allergy sufferers react in various ways. My Granny gets nauseous first, then gets a stuffy nose, as she is reacting to some fragrances. Some won't bother her. My Son gets a headache first, then gets stuffy, then it hits his chest, and he can't breathe if cats are near or someone is close to him that has a cat. Good luck on this one it is difficult to pinpoint.
