I think you should fill a bucket of water and pour it in the toilet...If this doesnt work call a plumber!

Hey that happens at my house sometimes, maybe this will help you. Take the top off the back part. There is a piece on there that has a big circular/oval thingy, pick that up and hold it for a about 30 seconds, then let it go. It should get the water flowing back to normal. If it keeps doing that you probably need a new piece. The good news is they are not the expensive! Good luck.

Look in the tank on the back to see if there is water in there. If it hasnt filled the water may be shut off. If the tank is full see if the handle does anything inside when you push it down. If it doesnt you need to go get some parts.

Lift the lid off the tank and see if the chain which connects from the lever extending from the handle to the flap valve which is located at the bottom of the tank has become disconnected. If it has, reconnect it and it should work.

The chain connected to the flush handle (inside the tank) has come loose. Reattach it and you're back in business.

Take the lid off the cistern and pull the lever up. It should start to fill with water and when it's full you can flush.

Yuu will need a coathanger to break that Hillary Clinton up. Once the giuliani is in no less than 3 pieces, attempt to flush.

If it still wont go down, remove a piece(s) with a paper towel, and set it aside and dispose of this mess in multiple sessions of congress.

Tip a small bucket of water down there, until you fix the flusher.
Say a bowl of old washing up water.

Sounds like the flapper is loose. Open the tank and see if the chain (or whatever) has come loose. Reconnect and Voila!!!
