No they don't Tony wasn't the one of the best striker and he was transfered to another club he even not retired from fiorentina. I even don't like this tradition in milan thus they havn't numbers till eleven, six is retired soon 3 also will be retired, and there will be only from eleven. nothing is forever and i think soon this numbers must be available. I don't like numbers like 44 99 82 or like that

He's the best but unfortunately the Viola didn't get enough for him when they sold him! I think he's totally underated and if I was starting a team I'd take him ahead of Henry, Trezeguet or most of the other top strikers around. I don't think they should retire the number though. Maybe if he'd finished his career there.

no, i dont like the retiring of numbers. why not give other players the chance to say, i played in the same number as so and so.
i think the numbers should return to the traditional football numbering. not these huge numbers like 99 or 77

I am not a fiorentina supporter but i don't think so. u must be a legend for your team and spent many years in that team like did Baresi n5 for milan who always played in that team

I don't know if he really had time to cement himself as legendary enough for that unfortunately.
