It makes a web and when prey gets caught in it, the spider runs to it and spins it in web and it looks like a little cacoon. I dont know if all spiders do this im just trying to give what i know about this spider in hope you can tell me what kind it is!

Is a garden spider. The photo dont help, but i think it is not danger for you.

Yeah that looks like a wolf spider the great awesome eye supplies it away, a brown recluse isn't cumbersome like that and with regards to the dimensions of one / 4, elongated abdomen, lighter in shade, long skinny legs and has a violin development on its decrease back. Being in the south wolf spider is all i will think of of.

That is too blurry for me to tell.

But that is what spiders do. It immobilizes their prey till they sting it and liquefy its guts. They don't want it rattling around and ripping their web.
