Nope - it would encourage it.

I love how the hate radio nazis can say the most irresponsible assertions, lies, and fantasy - but cons will claim only "responsible" speech should be free.

Nutjobs.

It would only be fair and balanced if newspapers had to print (and give equal space) to opposing views, and if the network and cable stations did the same.

There is nothing fair about imposing regulations on only one media outlet (radio) while allowing the rest (print, television, Internet) to remain biased.

To take it further, would bloggers or webmasters be obligated to let other people post opposing views on their websites? It would be fair and balanced...
