Are there any sites that have something like drills and practices that go through a list of vocabulary words at a time and works just like a vocabulary workbook?

Find a book which would interest you that has a particularly advanced vocabulary.
But it has to be a book you enjoy reading otherwise you won't learn much.

Yes, all the standardized testing companies have sample tests to prepare, whether for GED, college prep or GMAT/GRE.

dictionary, and every memorise 5 words. then after few mont later you can see that you gain so many words.

not a very specific question, . . .
but I would recomend starting with synonyms and incorporating them into everyday use..
ex: instead of sarcastic. . . say facetious
