I know it's just a tv show I'm trying to find out where people are coming from when they say "Debra's abusive to Ray, the women belittle men on there"

Well Marie is always doing something to Debra, that gets her mad. Well, like she sugguests that Debra is a bad cook, bad housewife, can't really do anything. I don't think that Debra goes around hiting Ray all the time, but she does call him names, like for intance she calls him an "idiot". Almost any episode, not like I am saying every epsiode, but almost anyone. I am not sure sure if it is suring men negative, all expect for that there are a lot of bricking couples on this show, and that really all starts with Marie and Frank.

The show is belittling to both men and women... it's reinforcing stupid stereotypes, and that's never funny. Watch 30 Rock instead!
