A breaker bar. It should have a 1/2 Square hole for a breaker bar or a fake nut for a box end wrench or socket with a breaker bar. That way you can release the tension and swing the pulley away and to put the belt back on. Pretty simple :-)

find the tensioner pulley and fit a wrench or cresent wrench on it and release the tension so you can pull the belt off.

It is a wheely that is slick around it has a nut you can put a long wrench on the nut and pull it to loosen your belts.

there should be an idler pulley that has spring loaded tension on it. use a ratchet to pull it back to put the belt on.
