Weis won't get fired after this season. Too much money is invested in him, and too many years left in his contract.

I don't think Weis should get fired! It takes time for a coach to build a quality squad and to get players on the same page. Essentially he won with Willingham's players and now it's time to rebuild. Notre Dame has great football history as a powerhouse, but their staus as an independent and current recruiting woes may be a catalyst for them to finally become a full participant in the Big East Conference.

i think they will go 2-10 beat navy and some other cream puff but i dont see weis getting fired i think if he did it will be next year if he only wins like 2 games.

If he does, it will happen if they lose to Navy...but he has a hefty contract, so I think actually they'll give him one more year to turn it around...If it happens again next year, he's toast...
As far as this season, they should at LEAST beat Navy, Air Force, and Duke...
