I don't know about charming, but I seem to have the most luck with ladies who are in an intoxicated state.

You've got to be in the South to find charming ladies. I am a Carolina Girl myself, but Georgia probably has the most charming southern bells.

I'm from Illionis and im sweet ;)...no really i would say somwhere in the South Maybe Texas?? they are much more hospitable and I think many have better morals then the North!

I've only been to 36 states so I would say Southern girls, they are much more approachable, and are more courteous.
