They're a Moldavian Group (not spanish) called O-zone and the song is called "Dragostea din tei". Another known version is the one by the Italian group Haiducii, but the original one is the Moldavian.

I have an album with this on and the track is called
Aiea Mwana by Black Blood who are an African Band, it was released in the 70's.
