Do you mean a motherboard that supports AGP and PCI-E?

Well that is a tough question not enough information to be very helpful but i'm going to try:
If you mean AGP and PCI as the question asks all AGP motherboards have support for PCI.
If you mean AGP and PCI-e I havn't seen any motherboards that support AGP and PCI-e tho that doesn't mean that they don't exist.
If your looking for a AGP and PCI-e x16 which is the pci-e vidio card port your SOL there are not any that support both AGP and PCI-e x16 as motherboard makers have to meet IEEE standards for sizing of motherboards and there just isn't space to fit both except on a full size motherboard and if your going that route most people would want duel PCI-e x16 slots so they could potentially use eather x-fire or SLI.

All motherboards that have an AGP slot built-in also support PCI video cards.
