If they are legitimate, then yes, they have to by law. But just don't. Every single "CLICK ME!" survey ad wants to sell you something. In the end, you almost always pay more than what the so-called "free" product was worth in the first place.

The real ones do. Basically the ones that you have heard mentioned on TV when they say "a xxxxxxx survey". Ive gotten great stuff from Harris Polls
