Oops must have been someone's favorite word.
It's on the suspension notices, the deleted questions, the STAR limit reached, and voting limit reached messages. Oh, and don't forget, the missing profiles that you might link upon.

OOOoops can never be good. I thought they were supposed to fix this problem of people being needlessly suspended.
