Im going with Michael Myers. Up until the last Halloween movies came out he was very scary. The original Halloween in my opinion is the best horror movie ever!

Jason Voorhees hands down.
there is nothing scarier than a six and a half foot, mask wearing, machette wielding, un-killable psychopath.
his body count is at least double that of anyone else on your list. Heck he even took out Fred Krueger. there is no better slasher flick killer than Jason

Jason Voorhees is the best one because he has immortallity and can withstand any kind and form of attack, he also has superhuman strength and stalked his victims better than Michael Myers did.
