I am a pretty good artist, but I find it hard to come up with things to paint or draw. Any artist photo references online that I can use? Because, I do not have a camera, and I don't have the money to buy one just yet.

No, this is not cheating. Many many professional artists work this way. It's true that if you are creating a close copy of someone else's work, you could run into legal problems if you ever tried to make money off your image. But if you are just using these other photos or drawings as reference points, it's fine. Many famous artists have done their own interpretations of other famous paintings. Not copies where they try to pass it off as the original, but interpretations. This is acceptable and also a great way to learn.

Virtually ANY photo you see can make excellent refrence material.

I keep files of hundreds of images of people, animals, plants vehicles, machinery and landmarks. I gathered these images from magazines, books, newspapers and anyplace else I can find them.

Artists call these collections a "morgue." If I have a client that needs an illustration of, for instance, a wolf, I pull out those files and make a few practice sketches. For the end result, I may use the head from one image, a torso from another and foot placements from a couple more.

The end result is MY image, but drawn from real life photos.

Newspapers, and Image heavy magazines like Martha Stewart (excellent layout and photography) have been my inspiration.
