EGM guitar pickups, I need some information about it?

I want buy a EGM pickups for my fender. but I don't know what should I do? I read about EGM on its web site, but it is not enough. Which EGM pickups is better for fender. I want play Rock specially cover pink floyd and some times hard rock. what shold I do for my guitar.
and what is different between my guitars pickups, As you know, fender has 3 singel coil pickups. I want know what is different between them, their is no different between them or not.
and in the end what is different between singel coil and hummboking pickups

The humbuckers as you know are just two of those single coil type pickups like you have in the Strat, however they are connected in series so you get a rich, big sound. hence the term "FAT STRAT" with the humbucker at the bridge on the Stratocaster. You are right there is not much info on pickups even the company website. By the way David Gilmour played a Strat with the three singles like yours. Now haven said that, if you want a little more versatility you can take the pickguard up from your Strat and see if it is routed for a humbucker to start with. Even if it's not you can put the rail type humbucker in and they are close to the size of a Strat single. I like to play around with different setups my self. Right now I'm in the middle of a project and I'm using two E.G. pickups at the neck and bridge (the block HB's) and one of the two rail pickups I mentioned for the mid. it's a Strat body routed for H.S.H. I took the bottom tone pot out and replaced it with a micro switch that will single the neck and mid pickups so I will have a fat Strat, OR flip it on for a three bumbucker setup. Cant wait to hear it.
OK sorry back to the question, if you have a shop around or even a tech that is good and works out of his home talk to them and let them know what you want and let them look at the guitar unless you are ok with doing the job your self. My attitude is if its being done then I can do it as well.
Harmony Central is a good resource for just about anything you want to know guitar. Also go on ebay and type E.M.G. pickup and see what you come up with. Sometimes you can learn from just asking the sellers questions about the item that’s for sale.
I'm sorry I'm offering much info for you but with limited knowledge of exactly what you would like to achieve with tone and sound and what you have with the guitar routing, and how much work you want to do to the guitar I think a shop is the way to go. Even if you want to just get the info and do the work yourself. They will talk to ya.
