Well I don't know about the english? I am an American and I don't hate the French. By your question, you seem to be very close-minded.

The English used to hate the french. Not any more after the norman conquest as french princesses started becoming the queens of the English kings.

I don't hate anybody. Just because the French have never won a war... that means they're LOVERS not pluddering, greedy fighters. But hey... that's a mindless human for ya.'

The world makes jokes about that, but maybe the French haven't won wars for a REASON. Wars cause pain, rape of women and children, millions of dollars, suffering, torture... and ya'll are making fun of them for NOT doing that... weird.

France is a beautiful country with a beautiful language. The food's pretty good too and the people are hot!!! They know how to give some good lovin' and their a beautiful people.
I wan't to live there for a while someday... seriously... besides, people overseas don't really judge that much on color like some small minded people here in the states...
