what is the size? is it medium base? what is the wattage? 40w?
you can get any bulb at a lighting store. these lights that are used for microwaves are not special.

The oven would have a plate on it asserting the wattage. In uk, 5 amps will in good shape as much as 1200 watts, something over 1200 is a 13 amp. i don't know US fuse values, yet divide wattage fee via a hundred and twenty and use a fuse of that fee or next above.

take the old bulb and go to a electrical outlet store, one that sells all kinds of lights, 0r to an appliance store,
its just a rough service bulb, nothing special,
