Probably Chatham, but you wouldn't want to live there...Rochester's nice and not too expensive yet. Only 45 mins to London Victoria as well.

Ramsgate has cheap property and accommodation, but don't hang about it is up and coming, and I think will be a very desirable place to live in ten years time.
