Colorguard practice:Tuesday 4 hours afterschool
Wed: 3 hours
Morning from 7-9
Swimming: everyday from 2:51 to 4:30 and morning practice from 6-7:30

I see the difference between the two as one with cardiovascular benefits and competition, swimming, and a basically non-competitive, yet social endeavor, colorguard.
You should ask yourself do you want to be involved in a more physically demanding and competitive activity or not.
That said, whichever you choose you will make new friends and learn the value of teamwork and cooperation.
Being more competitive, myself, I lean towards swimming.
In that you will develop a skill that will serve you well all your life. But in the end the choice can be decide by which of the two will give you the most pleasure.

I think you should chose swimming because 1st it could help you in exercise. And I think colorguard is boring since all you do is just carry a flag. That's just my personal opinion, but I think you should chose swimming instead of colorguard.

colorguard id better. more people=more friends. less work.

go with the one you love more. i was colorguard and absolutely loved it.

I could NEVER be wet everyday.
Swimming would be out.
