After David Cameron's heroic speech at the tory conference and the sheer strength of character he has shown when being 11 percentage points behind Labour in the polls has he shown us that he has the true blue bulldog spirit that will see him become one of our greatest leaders after he wins the next election?

He must be the only party leader who has made a speech lasting over an hour without an auto cue or a crib. That says an awful lot.
I have slagged Cameron off as much as anyone else but I was very impressed indeed at his performance. Not Churchill, no, but possibly MacMillan.

really can you ask that question??? i did not see that speech (why would i?) he seems to be a plastic man, how many advisors does he have? Churchill took place in Britains last cavalry charge i don't think camron would charge to the loo. No real balls.

Its nigh on impossible for anyone to stand in the shoes of Winston Churchill..but he is fairly young and I'm sure he will improve as his experience grows and yes I do believe he has true bulldog spirit.good question.
