It means the Judge has made a ruling on something, and it must be obeyed, or appealed.

When an issue is brought before a judge, like a complaint filed, a lawsuit, an arrest. The judge makes a decision. That decision can require that something be done. That something is legally titled an Order. It is a document signed by the judge and filed with the court. When something is Court Ordered it has been litigated in court and a decision has been made by a judge.

Court ordered is a decision rendered by the judge sitting on the case. For instance, there can be a court order to serve 50 hours of community service for a misdemeanor. Or in another instance, a judge can order the father of a child to pay child support.

when something is court ordered, it means that the judge is demanding it to happen, like court ordered child support, means that the judge demands that one person pay the other to support a child.

It means... you've had an official order issued by the judge of a court, requiring or forbidding you to do something ..
so basically, youve been to court.. and have had your sentence/warning/punshment//ect. given you.
