TAMPON!

The decision on whether to use pads or tampons is a personal decision. No one can tell you which you are going to like better so you must make the choice on your own. Most girls involved with sports would much rather use tampons. They are more comfortable and less noticeable as you are running around and playing whatever sport, in this case soccer. Tampons are made for people involved with athletics because they allow you to move around more freely and prevent leakage during physical activity. There is no reason to be scared about asking your mom for tampons. Remember that she was once in the same situation as you are now. Let her know that you think it would be much easier to play soccer and perform at your best. Ask her if you can try them. If you don't want to ask her in person you could text her, call her, write her a note, etc. It might be easier to ask her when you aren't face to face. Tampons only hurt to take them out if they aren't saturated completely. If you let them in long enough (but not too long) there will be a large amount of blood in them and they will slide out much easier. Use a small absorbancy tampon until you get used to inserting them and taking them out. Smaller tampons are much easier to use and often more comfortable for first time tampon users. Good luck!

Tampon! no question about it. Running around the pad will bunch up, shift and move around alot. Used correctly, meaning follow the directions in the box, and you won't break your hymen. It already has a small hole in it, and this allows you to insert a tampon without breaking it. Just make sure you push it all the way in or you will be able to feel it, and be uncomfortable.

If I were you to use the tampon. You might get good chance to break your hymen if you play the soccer. And bring extra tampon with you. You may have to change it after you finish your game or in between the game. I would not recommend take pad. Have good time for your game. Good Luck

tampons are great for sports. you can swim and run and not worry. the hymen is a mucus membrane. yes i think that the hymen can be broken by a tampon. best of luck to you

If you have never used a tampon before than keep using pads. Just make sure you use one with wings, I find it holds it in place more when I am physically active.

definately a tampon. a pad won't interfere with you running at all, but i've noticed that there's a higher likelyhood of leaking when you're running w/ a pad.
