Lifetime, or recent history? Lifetime, Joe Pa, recently, Tressel. Carr is no slouch, he has just had a bad run. He did win it all in 97, and beat some very good Buckeye teams. I mean they had Eddie George, Orlando Pace and Korey Stringer on the same team, and still couldn't pull off a win.

Are you asking about who is the best coach overall or just stat-wise?
The total package award would have to go to Tressel. He's classy (winning AND losing....which Carr CANNOT say). He's cool, collected and is not senile (we have our doubts about poor Joe Pa these days).
As far as who is legendary, it is Joe Pa.
As far as who is going to be out of a job come next year, Carr wins that award. Even a victory over OSU can't save his bum!

You gotta take the Sweater Vest, especially since he's dominated Carr.
