Would it be a good idea to change to US capitol every 12 years to shake up the "establishment"?

...like we do with the Superbowl every year?

You know I really like this idea! I think it just might be thing to do and make them live in a normal house in a normal community on a normal salary. Maybe they would see what the rest of the rest of us have to go through on a daily basis!

That would be a very expensive proposition. And certainly wouldn't shake up anything.
