I am way over 13 years old. When I went to the McDonald's Monoply websit, and typed in my code, email, and birthdate, it said I was too young, and I had to be 13

At least you got into their site.
I could not get the registration page or the page to enter my codes. After waiting about 3 hours, I went back to their site and it was finally working.
My advise: Try gain.
