I have little ones all the time...they don't last very long but it feels really weird...it doesn't really feel like I'm floating...but maybe it does feel like I am pure energy...hmmm I don't know for sure. It actually kind of feels like I'm nothing.

Yes, once when I almost died during surgery. Another time (many times), while being sexually abused. I wasn't pure energy at any of those times, just floating. In the abuse situations, I became very, very small, as if going out of my body and disappearing.
I have had that same feeling a few times when suffering from PTSD, feeling frightened in a certain situation. It is my body's reaction to a powerless (to me) event.

Yeah. I've had atleast two in my whole life, and those moments ended up changing the way I live my life.
It's like 'you' are watching yourself from third person and 'you' see what you are doing. 'You' want to scream at yourself and tell you that what is going on is wrong, but 'you' jump back to reality and realize 'you' are you again. You end up listening to what 'you' said.

No, but my mother died on a hospital table and was brought back. She said the experience was beautiful and she did not want to come back.

only onve not for long, it sucks, Ive tried to do it so many times, but i get board of laying there and just give up, my mind needs to get calmer, i guess thats why you have to learn to meditate first so it will be more easy.

I'm going to try to do so again once more soon.
