i was thinking about moving to california but i can't decide where i want to live, which place would more people decide to live in L.A. or San Fracisco? which is safer? which place is disneyland closer to?

LA is a HORRIBLE place. San Francisco is very nice. Consider San Diego. You need to decide what you want from a place first. Party place? College town? Quiet? Touristy? California is full of great places, but personally I hate LA. I lived in Monterey, Carmel and Santa Cruz. Loved them, but they were expensive.
Frisco is safer than LA. LA is closer to Disney.

San Francico is probably safer it all depends on what part of San Francisco.
The weather is much better in LA, Disneyland is very close to LA in Anaheim. Again there are areas in LA region that are safe, but not downtown.

LA is closer to Disneyland but how often are you going to visit there? Unless you plan on working there.
San Francisco is the way to go.
-Nicer people
-Great restaurants
-Great views
-Nice weather - ok, not as nice as LA -
-Less smog than LA
-More than just SF to visit
-More diverse in culture and people
-Not as snobby as LA
-traffic still kinda sucks but real easy to deal with
-Mitchell's Ice Cream
-Great Chinatown
-Yank Sing
-Ferry Building

San Francisco is better. The people are nicer, it has less trafic, it has better public transportation and has much better weather. Our air is claener we have better scenery, and are a cultural hub.

overall SF is better and safer.
But some part of LA( santa monica, malibu, beverly hill) is very nice if you can afford
LA, orange county is close to disneyland
