If this is a legitimate complaint, your parents need to go to the school as not allowing you to use the restroom is a health hazard, as you could get a bladder infection, etc.

Well throwing things is not only immature, but assault. I would try to hold it if you can. If not just leave. Its better than you get in trouble for walking out of class than having a VERY embarrassing accident. But frankly if you are over the age of 10 you should be able to schedule bathroom time into your schedule or go when you are in a class with a teacher who has 1/2 an ounce of respect for you, unlike this lady.
I teach 1st grade, I almost ALWAYS let kids go unless I have "repeat offender" (someone who is going to get out of doing work and goes often). I realize sometimes kids just need a break and if 3 minutes to the bathroom and back is all they need to recollect themselves that's fine. But there is no reason for them to be doing in every hour.
At any rate, good luck.

IF you really truly need to use the restroom I don't see how this teacher can say no.
(funny story: I worked for a mean employer, and it was a busy time at the store and I did the cash register- however, I had to really use the bathroom badly and held it in as long as I could- finally I asked him to please call someone up to relieve me at the register so I could use the bathroom and he refused to do this, I got angry and told him if he didn't let me leave I was going to pee on the floor- needless to say I got fired from that job shortly after this happened, BUT the manager got fired too, as my mom filed a complaint against him)

Well thats why you have a break in between classes.
If you absolutely have times when you have to go, talk to the office and see what their policies are on bathroom passes.
If you have absolutely have to go and the teacher wont let you, you have two options, pee on the floor or just walk out, pee and go to the office and explain yourself.

I can't understand why teachers are against going to bathroom during class. If the teacher was a student, wouldn't SHE want to be able to go to the bathroom during class? What if HER teacher told them SHE couldn't go??
I have to admit when I was in 4th grade this happened to me. I sat right there and peed in my seat. I was sitting on a big coat so no one said anything.
Luckily after that class it was after school, I ran straight to the bus. For some reason, no one said anything that day!
But the next day at school, the teacher jumped all over me for peeing in the class! She said 'why didin't you go to the bathroom'? and I said 'cause you wouldn't let me'!
She got so mad!
Anyway, teachers are THE ONES who are around kids all the time and are SUPPOSE to know how kids are, and they are THE ONES who seem to NOT understand kids!?!

Leave the room and go to the bathroom. If she gets mad or sends you to the office, calmly explain that you had to urinate and wouldn't piss on yourself like some kind of animal. Basic human needs like peeing have to be allowed in school!

Be persistant and say, "Sorry, but I really, really need the toilet, I cannot wait any longer!" If she doesn't let you go, just walk out anyway. No one can stop you, it is your human rights.

I would just get up and go. If you get in trouble later, explain that you were going to wet your pants and that she wasn't listening to you.
