Well, I'm probably not in my right mind since I'm not left-handed.
My husband, on the other hand, IS in his right mind since he's left-handed.

How do you tell.... if you're sane? I don't think any of us can prove it for sure. We all have worries and neuroses... and a certain amount of paranoia. I guess the best judge of how good our mental health is, are we able to cope with daily life and the stumbling blocks it throws at us. If we're having difficulty, it simply means we need assistance dealing with our emotions.

Yes i am ,and i tell because i feel and know what is right for me and i think things through before i act ,this stops doing things that may be construe as being out of your mind.
Only you know if you are in your right mind. And right minds differ from person to person.

You can tell if you are in your right mind if you are doing something because you believe in something. You are in your right mind if you are doing something you know is right.

Since the left side of the brain controls the right side of the body, and right side controls the left side, then left-handed people are in their right minds. So because I'm left-handed, I would say I'm in my right mind.

If you can form the question you are probably alright.
if a dog is telling you to kill, you may need help
if a clock is telling you aliens are invading your mind ....you need help
if the corner church seems to be invaded by devil worshipers, help again

I guess if you are in a position to question the state of your own mind, then it cant be too bad.

Actually these days I'm more in my left mind; I'll right it as soon as I can. I hope so anyway.

Sanity is only for crazy people anyway. (ie - there is no accurate measure of sanity)

my right mind or your right mind? i mean really can you say someone is normal if they eat cold pizza for breakfast and scrambled eggs and biscuts for supper? can you say someone is not normal because they work a 60 hour work week and spend no time with their family?

if you are having serious thoughts of suicide or harming yourself or others, then you need to speak to someone. if you're hearing voices that aren't you, you need to speak to someone.

Well you must be experiencing some type of dementia for even asking such a co-dependent, racist question that clearly shows you are experiencing heavy depression in your life, probably having to do with the autism you inherited from your diseased-ridden mother.

I ask myself that question all the time. The best way to know is by the observations of other people.
