Paper has length , width, and thickness and is therefore 3 dimensional.
If you consider only the surface of the paper and imagine that it has no thickness, then the imagined PAPER will be 2 dimensional but ONLY in your mind. Nothing in reality is 2 dimensional.

Hi, almost all the real-time object in this world is a 3D, even if you take your hair, its a 3D, even the microscopic organisms are 3D. each of them has its own shape with its own dimension. every object you see with your own eyes lively is a 3D, then why not a paper can be a 3D? a small bit of paper is also a 3D. :)

Sure. In this universe, any material object is three-dimensional.
That one sheet of paper's thickness might be super small, but it's not zero. It can be measured with a thickness guage, and you can even calculate it yourself.
I have before me a pack of printer paper. The pack has 500 sheets, and a total thickness of 5 cm. Each sheet then has a thickness (third dimension) of 1/10 mm. Not very big, but certainly not zero.

That is correct.
Since there's little we can do with the edge, however, paper is essentially useful to us only in two dimensions.

Nope. Paper is not 3D, it is One Dimensional (1D) I never thought there was such thing myself, but according to articles, paper is one dimensional.
