Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia (Pronounced "hippo poto monstro ses quipped alio phobia)
I don't know WHY I can't get that one down, and yes, I'm being completely serious. My mother is an RN and I'm great with phobias, but I simply cannot pronounce this word!
(Btw, it keeps going past the "..." --the word is 36 letter long)

Try FLORIFOROUS - my worst. Means a plant with lots of flowers. I use this word regularly and have to concentrate to say it . I does not roll off my tongue easily.
