All of my life I have suffered with being unable to forgive.About 10 years ago I just made a conscience decision to forgive every one and every thing forever and always UNCONDITIONALLY! I have found life to be much better after making this decision. IT AIN'T EASY,,,BUT IT CAN BE DONE!

I don't have a problem with forgiving because I think only God should have to forgive us for anything. The forgetting is the hard part for me. I think if we forget that leaves us open to be hurt or betrayed again. I think we should put things in the back of our minds, but never totally forget. Lying is a very hard thing for me to deal with.

I'm a forgive but not forget person. After the fact that needed forgiveness is a Reaganistic "trust but verify" policy

Something I won't ever forgive or forget!>>> My cousin tried to break up my relationship with my husband, I will never forgive her! She was like a sister to me and she tried to control me, I wrote her off and will never let that go... She should have put more into her own marriage and kids than worry about a grown 40 year old woman!!!

Most of the time, I am. If someone keeps doing the same thing, it gets really hard to forgive or forget.
What I would really have a hard time forgiving would be the guy I am with having sex with other women. That's one of the reasons I have an ex. lol

Yes I forgive but I don't usually forget unless it's really not a big deal. I wont forgive or forget anyone that hurts my children or partner or family/friends, and I won't forget cheating, lying, and being mistreated.

Yes..I forgive but forgetting is hard sometimes. I hope there's not anything I couldn't forgive but if there was, it would be if someone harmed anybody I love, esp a child(or any child for that matter).

I certainly try to be. The only thing I could never forgive is something done to a child.

I forgive but I don't always forget. I'm not the type though that reminds people of the wrong they have caused me. :-)
