Soon we are going to ... I recall some said by 2025 there will be a sever crisis of water

Because water is not lost or destroyed. Anything used either is treated and reused, or evaporates and falls again as rain and snow. To the person who said we do run out of water, that is just flat out false and shows a lack of understanding of how the environment works. Sure, a specific SOURCE of water can run dry, like a well or river, but the total amount of water on Earth is not changing, at least not in any detectable amount. And third world countries are lacking in USABLE water, not because there isn't enough water, but because the infrastructure to provide safe water is not in place, due to corrupt government or explosive population growth. As long as the planet can support life, there will be plenty of water that technology can make usable.

For the most part, water is part of a "closed-loop" system. Most of the water we use is returned to the system through wastewater. Water flows downhill and eventually back into the oceans, where evaporation puts it into the sky, then rain and snow bring it back to earth.

The problem is clean drinkable water. Growing communities in areas with little water are draining the streams, lowering the water table, and being forced to import water from other areas.

If we ever figure out how to deal with diminishing supplies of fossil fuels, our next hurdle will be water. De-salinization of the oceans may be the solution, but then we'll have to transport it across thousands of miles to where it's needed.

Why would we?

Try finding out about the water cycle.

Where do you think the water would go? Out in to space?

You don't seem to understand basic science.

Because of condensation. Ya see, the heat creates clouds, which store unsalted water from the ocean, then it rains pure clean water in to the mountains, then it goes through our water supplies and ends up at your house. Ohh and God pretty much makes sure that we all have what we need.
