Again it only does it when the ac is on, only when i press the gas then goes away until I press the gas again.

I would look at thr a/c electric clutch. It is part of the assembly where the belt pulley is located on the ftont of the a/c compressor.

Common causes of groaning and whining noises are too low pressure of refrigerant in system or lack of oil in system. Or equally too high a pressure in the system. AC systems are quite sensitive. If you go to a garage with the proper equipment for a AC regas/ recharge they will hook it up to a machine that starts a programas follows; evacuate all gas in system, pressurise the system and test for leaks, recharge the system with refrigerant and oil to the correct quantities and pressure. That program at some stage will spot leaks or other problems. If teh program completes then the AC is fine.

My dad is a mechanic. . . I am not, lol. But, I think that you car boggles while stopped and running with the ac going. I think it is normal for you car to sound a bit different while its, stopped. It's doing something to keep the AC going while its not moving. Hope I help! ;-D
