What sort of postcards do you send to people when you go holiday?

Neither show em my photos when i get home (bore them to death) as most times the postcards don't arrive until you've been back a couple of weeks.

Since the advent of email, text messaging and the likes I think postcards are rapidly becoming a thing of the past. Sure, it's nice to send scenic cards and equally as nice to receive them but whenever we go away we just send the odd text message back home to report on what we have been up to. Also, we receive such greetings from family and friends when they are away.

Like your first answer raunchy and gross and the weirder the better. Love those sickening religious cards that one gets in Italy and Spain especially the holographic ones. Always put an entirely weird message as well. When I went away on my on to LA once I told my family that I had joined a cult and that I wouldn't be coming home.

Depends upon the person. i always send a rude one or at least one with a photograph of semi dressed girls to a friend of over 40 years on the grounds that he likes a nice view. To most other people I send views. To one or two i just send very corny jokes

Usually saucy(except tae ma granny), I fill the whole card with a full account of everything that I huv been up tae since I got tae ma holiday place. Most folk think it's hilarious and wonder if I huv ever run oot o' ink!!!!!!!!!!
