I heard that IB diploma is not given a great consideration in the US...Yes I am an international student...do you advice me to repeat the SAT test?

The better USA universities give the IB (International Baccalaureate) great respect.. The IB is spreading in the USA because parents are tired of bogus inflated grading in regular courses and want a rigorous set of courses with totally external examination.

Try telling any university that you got a 1600 on the SAT.

I have been given a 27 on the ACT. uncertain what that interprets to on the SAT. i do no longer for my section understand a single individual who took the SAT, all of us take the ACT around right here. i'm no longer likely happy with my life, i'm nonetheless searching for a job, and no my ACT score does not advise something different than stepping into college.

if you are not us resident, it is difficult to get any kind of scholarship no matter how good your scores/grades are. I'm an international student in us 2 and so far getting the same lame answer "not for nonresident students"... but I encourage you to try apply for it :)

If that is 1600/1600 -- then you have a good story.

If it is 1600/2400 -- then, not so much.
