Does anyone know what Error 21 is on a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am GT? I know it has something to do with the Cd Player but it does not say in the manual. PLEASE ANSWER!

If you are talking about the Service Engine Soon light being on, it's the Throttle Position Sensor.
If it's an error on the CD display, then that's another issue. See link below.

That's apparently a CD player unique trouble code. Your car's OBD-II emissions system uses codes that are formatted differently.

throttle position sensor (signal voltage high) this is a code from 1990 I guess they still use it
