HIghly unlikely. NHL teams are not obligated to name their starting goalie (or line-up for that matter) any earler than 2-3 minutes before game time.

Around 30 minutes before the game starts you can click on the matchup of the teams you want to know. It will show the starting line-ups and the starting goalies for each team.
But it is not 100% correct everytime, due to last minute changes with players becoming healthy scratches, or a last minute goaltending change.
ADD: lol @ chris, yeah i get curious now who is going to start for toronto, since Maurice wont tell anyone now.

IMO The best website for obtaining starting goaltenders for that day and week is www.hockeyinformer.com.
They do a daily and weekly projection list and base their findings on contributors that provide the media sources for their projections. This website saved my @ss in fantasy hockey several times last year and keeps a running accuracy percentage for you to judge how serious you want to take their predictions. I am not affiliated in any way with this website, so dont report me for soliciting, just found this one helped me most.
